Product Standards:
Nuclear valve products are designed, manufactured and checked in strict accordance with Chinese GB, HG standards and American API standards. The hardness of the sealing surface meets the requirements of the national regulations, and the width exceeds the national standard.
pre-sale service:
Nuclear valve product introduction, procurement guidelines, technical exchanges, non-standard product design, troubleshooting.
Sale service:
1. Keep the contract, ensure timely supply, and keep in touch with customers at any time.
2. For special or complex products, our factory arranges technicians to train and guide users on product use, troubleshooting, debugging and maintenance.
After-sales service:
1. The warranty period of nuclear valve products is 12 months from the factory, and the "three guarantees" service (return, replacement, and warranty) is implemented.
2. During the use of nuclear valves, our factory regularly organizes technical and quality inspection personnel to visit and ask users for feedback on product quality, usage, improvement opinions, etc., in order to further improve product quality.
3. Quickly respond to user complaints about quality problems, and after-sales service personnel rush to the scene within 24-36 hours (48 hours outside the province).
4. For after-sales service, users are required to fill in the quality feedback form after service and make appraisal opinions in order to improve the service quality of Nuclear valve .
